Your data will be received by courts, pub­lic author­it­ies, con­tract­ing parties, registers of the Cham­ber of Civil-Law Not­ar­ies etc. As the data sub­ject, you have the fol­low­ing rights: Right to receive inform­a­tion about the rel­ev­ant per­son­al data, to rec­ti­fic­a­tion or dele­tion or lim­it­a­tion of pro­cessing, or a right to object to the pro­cessing, as well as the right to data trans­fer­ab­il­ity.
